About Bedtime Balance's Founder
Matt Armstrong
Matt Armstrong is a successful businessman and licensed therapist who has helped thousands of individuals and families in his community. Through his work with struggling clients, Matt saw firsthand how sleep issues can spiral into larger issues including physical health problems, mental health issues, job loss, and relationship issues.
As an Army veteran, Matt is acutely aware of the challenges that come with sleep deprivation, particularly chronic sleep deprivation. He also witnessed the down sides that come with over-reliance on sleeping pills or other substances to achieve needed rest.
Bedtime Balance is the culmination of his efforts to help others find a healthy, natural way to restore healthy sleep. The principles taught in Bedtime Balance’s online sleep coaching sessions are research-backed and clinically sound. The sleep coaching method is accessible to anyone and does not require any special equipment, devices, or medication.
