Course Highlights
When you join a sleep coaching class, you participate in a structured, supportive, and results-driven experience designed to help you reclaim restful sleep—naturally and without medication. Each session is led by a trained sleep coach who will guide you through proven strategies that target the root causes of insomnia, such as unhelpful sleep habits and anxious thoughts about sleep.
The program is built around practical, evidence-based tools that you can begin using right away to make measurable progress. You’ll learn how to track your sleep with a personalized sleep diary, restructure negative thinking patterns, and adopt new behaviors that promote healthy, sustainable sleep. Classes are held in small online groups that foster a sense of community and support from others going through the same experience.
